    Blue crab

I know you eat the claws on a blue crab, but what else? Boil them about 10 minutes?
    Thanks Bear

The body (white lump crabmeat) is even more popular than claw meat (more ex$pensive too).
Don't fergit the bit of meat in each leg too ;-)

What you can do to make it easier to get all the meat and get all the guts and gills out of them is take the belly part out and remove everything in there then boil them also recommend adding salt to the boiling water makes them even tastier

using a pecan pick or a shrimp veining tool is a good option for picking out the meat in the small cavities of the carapace. I boil them for 10min with a little crab boil. You should get this result when finished picking.

Adding a cap full (tablespoon) of white vinegar to the crab boil water will help seperate the meat from the shell too ;-)
