    Better Late Than Never

    Better late than never...
    Last Saturday I Rubbed a couple Tri-Tips and fired up my grill.
    Added salted/buttered cob corn and Italian seasoned zucchini.

    Cooked it all up, sliced and diced, plated and chowed down.

    Haven't had Tri-Tips in a very long time I actually forget about them because I just didn't see them in meat Departments , But lately they have been showing up , Yours look outstanding

    Yeah, they're much more popular and common in the Southwest and West Coast.
    I have to order them through a local specialty butcher shop as no regular grocer carries them.
    I've loved them since I was living in SoCal, great cut of meat.

    Its a jerky rack from my smoker, I re-purpose it for all sorts of stuff, fish too.
