BBQ
New here. My name is David and I love smoking and cooking BBQ here are some recent pics.

Thanks Y'all. I get to the Gulf only a couple times a year. In the meantime I usually contribute to outdoor boards with stuff in their cooking forums. So I usually post a lot of food/cookin pics. If you get tired of them, let me know. Thanks for letting me share.

We never get tired of food! Keep ‘em coming.
We have a annual picnic on the pier if you want to share your talents.
The picnic is usually the last weekend of April, but we won’t confirm that for a while.

My small smoker is a Charbroil brand offset smoker. The large one was built by my Son and Sons in Law from a 100 gallon propane tank.

Looks like they did a heck of a job on the smoker !!!!! Looks skillfully designed and built and from the pictures does a fine job smoking and cooking .
I’ll be sliding into town March 10-14. Can you have it warm and sunny for me then? And also, how about having the fish biting??? :D
