    Bacon, it's my spirit animal...

Not much for a recipe but a nice picture of what makes summer great. Wright's thick cut hickory smoked bacon, homegrown tomatoes and avocado. Lettuce not required...

Try subbing the avocado and ripe tomato with a fried green tomato and some remoulade. It is awesome!

Can I get one with some grilled Jalapeno?
That looks like a great summer time sammie.
