Apple Tarts or Apple Caramel Crisps

1-2 packages of frozen Puff Pastry dough sheets, let thaw about 20 minutes then unfold them.
They're two to a package and I cut mine in half lengthwise.

3-6 ripe & sweet baking apples, cored, halved and sliced very thin. Put in large deep bowl.
Lemon juice, drizzle generously on apple slices for desire tartness.
Combine 1 cup brown sugar and 1/4 tsp salt per, and thoroughly coat apple slices.
Caramel ice cream syrup, you can drizzle with caramel before cooking if you wish, it is scrumptious!

Keep dough very cold, but not frozen.
Cut dough any size/shape, but wide enough to have a .5-1" edge around apples.
The edge will [i]Puff]/i] holding everything in place.
Butter a baking tray or use buttered parchment paper, either way use butter for more flavor.
Bake at 375' till golden and puffed, about 20-25 minutes.

Dang these are good with ice cream.
