The zip lines are down, along with the towers. Maybe the fishing will now improve---I noticed its decline about the time they started putting the towers up. The sheepies are already biting in celebration.

Hurry Sundown: Yes they are gone. No warning to the owner who had a renewable lease with the State. Just served him notice with no explanation to get his stuff out of there without a chance for renewal. So, he had to remove his business and move elsewhere. Very sad considering the thousands he has given to the State Park and then the treatment he received without notice!
Ive been told the state wants to put a walkway/bike path from the Park to the new convention center and Lake Shelby and he was in the way.

I guess the state park doesn't need any money they just gave up hundreds of thousands of dollars and are going to have to pay him forty thousand to move it.
I’ll be sliding into town March 10-14. Can you have it warm and sunny for me then? And also, how about having the fish biting??? :D
