May make category 1. As of this morning the GFS model has it going right over Buoy 42012 Wednesday afternoon. Wave heights forecast to 21 feet. We need lots of wind shear to keep this thing down.

Getting tired of this shite. I have written several letters of disapproval and criticism concerning the handling and control of hurricane season, but have received no replies from any of the concerned agencies. Perhaps we should all get together and protest and destroy some weather related statues.
On the other hand, the storm could produce some needed rain for my food plots. Dark cloud, silver lining. Couldn't fish the pier, anyhow.
2020 has been a year of BAD things. Hurricanes, Nancy Pelosi, hurricanes, no info on the pier, Nancy Pelosi, Covid-19, protests, killer hornets so on and so forth.
I heard a lady say that when daylight savings time changes next month, she isn't going to set her clock back---that she refuses to spend an extra hour in 2020.Quote:

Well, Zeta got to my hunting grounds in Clarke County and did her best to make it into a toothpick garden. I'll be lucky to get electricity by December. Could have been worse. It's a good thing these storms come through at night, because if I could really see what they're doing, I'd probably dig a deep hole and live in it.
