What do grilled oysters tast like? Are they like mussels / clams? They look awfully tasty.

Rouse's in Gulf shores
It is really simple; shuck 'em, add garlic butter and parmesan cheese. As the butter drips on the hot coals you will get flames, and that's a good thing. After about three minutes of flames I close the lid for a minute or so and done!

my pawpaw does something similair but might be the same thing. He makes oyster rockafeller and those things are great i need to do what you did fin cuz those suckers look godly
