White Christmas?
Can you believe there's a 50% chance of snow Friday just up the road at my hunting camp? I'd better go tie a rope from the porch to the woodpile so I won't get lost in the whiteout when I go for more firewood---don't want to be busting up the furniture to stay warm.

Better stock up on hot chocolate and peppermint schnapps too.

People are shocked to see sharks in the water around here.
If you see natural water taste it. If it's salty it has sharks in it. If it's fresh it has alligators in it. If it's brackish it has both.

Prepare yourself for SNOWMAGEDDON ;-)
Interesting it will be to see how the State Park reacts to the predicted near freezing temps over the weekend.
Will they 'freak out' and close the pier?
As of now it is expected to remain above freezing...

Just curious if anybody else besides me was asking about the down lights still being out? Would be nice to have them repaired before Spring Time. Remember when you go or call the pier to ask about them. My wife always says the squeaky wheel is always the one that gets the grease. If I don't see you before then MERRY CHRISTMAS and HAPPY NEW YEAR to all.

Mr. Wire just crank the furnace up, I have broke down using mine way more through the night, instead of sleeping on the couch to be closer to add wood every few hours....not to bad now since I insulated the open hillside floor that had NO insulation....going to be a cold one processing the last deer this weekend.

I’ll be sliding into town March 10-14. Can you have it warm and sunny for me then? And also, how about having the fish biting??? :D
