This is one of those storms that keeps you on your toes.
Might look disorganized right but could blow up into a tropical storm within 12 hours.
Or fizzle to nothing.

I think it's a matter of the forward (westward) speed of TD9. The faster it moves the more westward it is when it runs into the front and gets swept NE. This should resolve itself pretty soon.Quote:

My girls are on Okinawa experiencing Super Typhoon Chaba right now. Top winds are 165mph in its inner bands.
Luckily its going about 75 miles west of the island, winds are "only" a steady 45 mph at Kadena AFB.
