Turn of events
Son & I took off early this morning headed down on a spur of the moment fishing trip down there for a few days. He hadn’t felt good for a couple of days but we decided to go and enjoy some father-son time before he starts back college Monday. An hour or so into the drive this morning, he got pretty sick & we had to turn back. Took him on to the ER and he had an appendicitis. Just came through surgery well. Looks like we’ll have to shoot for his Spring Break now. Someone catch something for us & post about it!
God bless!

Wow, glad he's better! I was down last week and the fishing was not too good. A few whiting from the beach and some black drum here and there (from those I spoke with), but I had no luck.

I’ll be sliding into town March 10-14. Can you have it warm and sunny for me then? And also, how about having the fish biting??? :D
