This is true, My bluebirds showed up this mornin'
I don't know about the fish down there but I do know that my bluebirds showed up this mornin'. They will always show up with in a few days, either side, of St. Patty's Day. Sometimes they get snowed upon and if the weather is really nasty for a long time, they will die, but they are a tough little bird. They will come back and sit on the meally worm feeder until I come out and feed them. Usually the males shows up first, and then the females but this year they both show up at the same time. One Fall I counted 54 of them sitting on the high line wire, I'm sure that over 1/2 of them were transit birds but it was a pretty sight. I just thought that perhaps if the fish weren't biting, you would be interested to know this.
