I gotcha beat---21 hours (over three days) on the tractor planting, and two more days of bush hogging roads and trails with a day and a half yet to go, then three days of spraying cogon grass some time next week. The needed rain will come when I start spraying that expensive herbicide.
LOVE THIS WEATHER---except for a couple of hours in the middle of the day, I can work like a young man. I feel like I'm 70 again. Just finished bucking up a trailer full of oak logs to take to the splitting unit at the wood shed.
Now, I'm loading the tackle in the car to go fishing at the pier in the morning. Thought about giving the cats a bath, but there's no sense in carrying things to extremes.
Roll Tide!
I saw one yesterday but it was closed mouth. Would not eat anything thrown. I personally know of 3 that have been caught in the last two weeks. No kings yet.
