New wheels, grips, highway pegs, and travel bags on the Fatster. Doing about 1k miles a week to get my backside in road shape. Stoked majorly.
Screw it. Let's ride.

we have a small sturgis rally here in Mississippi that they are starting back up after a couple years of it not being done! lot easier for me to ride 20 miles than however many it would be up to the Dakotas

The bike is looking great!
You are quickly learning that H-D stands for Hundred-Dollars; cuz you can't get anything for a Harley for less than $100

I went to Sturgis once -- with my family and young kids on the world's worst-timed vacation. We ended up in a bed-and-breakfast that was being newly opened just for the bikers; they took pity on us and let us test it out to be sure it was good enough for the intended audience. My wife still carries that story in her six-shooter of my worst decisions ever.

Thanks. Lots I'd like to do. Little at a time I guess. Might well come back with a little custom fender paint if I can find the right artist.
1500 miles since Thursday. Bout 2k more in the next week. Be as ready as I'm gonna be.
Putting the Screaming Eagle heavy breather with the twisted slot cover in black to match the wheels on Wednesday.Screw it. Let's ride.

Bike is coming back from the custom paint guy in the morning. Starting with this......the bird, not the pentagram or other stuff....starts on the front fender and finishes at the back edge of the rear fender
Screw it. Let's ride.
