    State Park Prescribed burn 11/2/21 Road Closed

    GULF STATE PARK WILL BE CONDUCTING A PRESCRIBED FIRE TOMORROW (11/2/2021)

    With the help of Alabama Forestry Commission, a prescribed burn is planned within Gulf State Park along Eagle Loop, Lakeview Trail, and State Park Road as part of a forest management plan. State Park Road will be CLOSED from 7am to 7pm on 11/2 (or until the fire is complete,) with barricades located at State Park Road 2 (past Woodside Restaurant) and the easternmost point of the road (near the intersection at Beach Blvd).
