    Something You Don't See Everyday

Well, my wife and I are at Pensacola Beach eating and waiting on the fireworks at our favorite place on the beach, Red Fish Blue Fish. We love this place. Cheapest and best food on the beach. Now I don't normally order fish at restaurants because I catch it myself and eat it fresh. Most restaurants don't serve fish that is "fresh" to my standards. But this is one of the few places I will order fish from because they work closely with local fishermen and they provide truly fresh fish. Well, today their fresh catch is Puppy Drum, which I have never seen served in a restaurant. Love how they showcase something that you can hardly find in restaurants. That's why we will always come back here.

High praise coming from the Chef... My wife says we'll have to try it out.

I don't know Justin, I used to get this blackened mahi from a local place in ft morgan that was pretty good. All kidding aside, that's pretty awesome to get some good local fish. I used to like cobalts, or shipps harbour for good local seafood too. Expensive but the food was usually top notch.

I saw more of our fish in grocery stores on a trip to California than I've ever seen here, go figure.
