Thread: Seventy years ago today...

The United States of America entered WWII.
May God grant eternal peace and rest to those who fought and died on that 'infamous' day, and may we remember always the sacrifices of those who sought to set things right in the years that followed.

Of all the quotes made famous through the years none is more poignant than this:
