Saltwater Fishing Registry
Don't know what it's for or what it gets done but just filled mine out for next year.

Its to keep track of how many anglers who are not required to have a state license actually fish in saltwater.
This helps AL-MRD with their license numbers, which in turn impacts how much Sportfish Restoration funds they receive.
Also figures into angler effort estimates.Carl

On the east coast they use registry to survey angler effort and results. I've never been called.
I’ll be sliding into town March 10-14. Can you have it warm and sunny for me then? And also, how about having the fish biting??? :D
