Condo rental
Putting my condo into rental duty. Island Sunrise #467. Island Sunrise is 2nd bldg east of Sea & Suds. Meyer will he handling it and anyone interested should please contact them. Beach front. 2 BR with sleeper sofa - sleeps 6. Completely remodeling kitchen and bath. 2 minute drive to the pier. One is a pic I took from the balcony last night and the other is the gear corner in the front BR.
Screw it. Let's ride.

Sorry, Bill. Technical glitch sent original bye-bye. To answer your questions. Meyer will have pics on their website next month after renovations are finished. No monthly rentals - only weekly. Maybe 2 weeks. Winter is when I will do maintenance and be there myself. Hate being here in summer - much prefer off season

Looks like we already have a place lined up for our trip down there in March, but just kinda curious what you would be asking for a weeks stay?

Couldn't tell you. Meyer has the rates on their website. Varies depending on season. They gave me a sheet but can't seem to lay my hands on it.
ETA
Wasn't trying to be flip, Brad, but I turned it over to them lock, stock, and barrel. They will send me a check once a month and all I have to do is review the monthly statement. Know a couple of owners that do the "For Rent By Owner" and say it is a real PITA but aren't willing to pay the commission.

Be careful going home, sons wife is from upper Iowa, her grandmother passed today so they will be headed up shortly, hope all that is gone by the time you all get there
