Wow, what a game! Ducks have Jameis Winston crying. Looks like they could have used a little super glue so that could keep the ball. 5 turnovers resulting in TDs. Poor defense as well. FSU basically handed the Ducks the win. Now time for Bama to lay it on Ohio.

We followed in FSU's footsteps. We had a good year but we got lucky as well. Our luck ran out just like FSU's and we got what we deserved. Better luck next year.

I loath college football rankings!
FSU got their 'comeuppance' by being totally exposed, Bama just got a heavy dose of 'reality check' when OU 'woke up' after that taunting call.
That was the turning point of the game from where I sat.
But that one bone-head play was the ONLY time Bama any where near resembled the 'Criminoles' yesterday.
And at least they weren't embarrassed (shamed, but not embarrassed ;-)
TCU would have given Oregon a much better game IMHO, as did Alabama to Ohio State (which was clearly the better team :-(
RTR always!
I just may watch the game on the 12th to see what each team brings to the Championship...

Hopefully Tennessee can win one for the SEC today when they take on Iowa this afternoon. Go Vols!

At least the Tide did not beat itself---a better team did. Hats off to the Buckeyes.

After Auburn lost in OT, I can still find solace in knowing that both Bama and FSU lost yesterday!!

Shame it only took Big 10 coaches and programs 40 years to realize "3 yards and a cloud of dust" might work when the conference was the Big 2 and the other 8 but not in bowl play. Love some of the comments about and by Urban Meyers about having to make a team that could compete with Alabama...The SEC North conference he called it. Grew up on the shores of Lake Erie so given the success rate of the Indians and Browns the Buckeyes were about the only glimmer of hope we had. Spent several Saturdays in The Horseshoe". Only positive thing about all those crappy sports teams was when we moved to Nashville and my son went to Vanderbilt I was conditioned to loosing!!!
I’ll be sliding into town March 10-14. Can you have it warm and sunny for me then? And also, how about having the fish biting??? :D
