Pray for Leslie
Looks like our annual mid September trip down is out. My wife, Leslie, is having ankle replacement surgery tomorrow. Broke it real bad 3 years ago on Easter Sunday. Had to have the plates and screws they put in taken out about a year and a half ago. Shots doing no good. I never even heard of an ankle replacement surgery before. Please pray for strength for both of us. She has a world of other health issues and is really concerned about the surgery.
On a positive note, Sandflea Dan is going to stop by on his way down around the end of the month and go hog hunting. Think I can get away for a little R and R for a few hours.
Miss everyone and keep the reports coming. See you next May!!!

Thoughts and prayers for your wife. Surgery is never easy and being the bipeds we are, makes it all the more difficult.

Praying for the both of you.
'Veteran' whether active duty, discharged, retired, or reserve is someone who, at one point in his/her life, wrote a blank check made payable to 'USA' for an amount of 'up to, and including his life.'

When she first broke her ankle the physical therapy lady said she was going to teach her how to get up steps. Im sorry but in the day of robotic surgery, artificial everything and miracle drugs that the best way for a 60 year old woman to get up the stairs and into the house is to sit on your butt and scoot up....

Prayers sent;
Let her know how lucky those stairs are to have her scooting up them! Prayers and humor help heal.

::good healthy vibes::
I’ll be sliding into town March 10-14. Can you have it warm and sunny for me then? And also, how about having the fish biting??? :D
