Places to eat in Gulf Shores area

We are coming down next Saturday and I was wanting to know what are some of the good local places to eat. We have not been in the Orange Beach area in a long time so I thought some local knowledge would help us find a couple good places. Thanks

Doc's Seafood -26029 Canal Rd., Orange Beach (Best Shrimp)
Original Oyster House - 701 Gulf Shores Pkwy., Gulf Shores (Everything is good, Great salad bar)
ACME Oyster House - 216 E 24th Ave., Gulf Shores (Try the Chargrilled Oysters)
These are our 3 favorite places to eat.

DeSoto's, Kitty's Cafe, Wolf Bay Lodge, Fin and Fork, plenty of others. If you want a treat try Jessie's in Magnolia Springs. It's spendy but very good.

Doc's, fin and fork, and Bills were three places we tried amd enjoyed on our last trip down. If you go to fin and fork, try the crab beignets. I'd go there again just for the appetizers.

We've enjoyed Fin and Fork and Cobalt Restaurants in Orange Beach. Cobalt is just on the Northeast side of the big bridge. Fin and Fork is west of the big bridge (closer to Gulf Shores) and also on the Beach Blvd. I agree with David Lea about Jesse's in Magnolia Springs. Their lunch menu is less expensive.

We like Flippers at Bear Point Marina especially if you want to avoid the crowd.

+1 on Flippers also like Fishers (downstairs) and Tacky Jacks in Orange Beach. The Gulf can be crowded but it’s a decent atmosphere with food options and outside seating right on the sea wall at Perdido Pass. I only mention it so you can observe some fishing while eating and having a drink. Be prepared it is not a casual sit down type of deal.

We like to watch the sunset and dolphins from the deck at Flipper’s.
