We are planning on coming, if we make it, I will make brownies & chocolate chip cookie bars.

Probably bring my sashimi making supplies to0 (soy sauce, wasabi, cutting board, knife, etc), just in case we land a bobo or some whiting.

David looking for the list of what everyone is bringing to fill in what may be needed ? Is John bringing all the buns for the BBQ or do we need to purchase them. Also paper products plates, silverware and drinks. Does the pier have the tables we need and will they set them up ?

    Yippee! Looks like I'm coming.
I'll bring plates, bowls, forks/spoons and napkins for 300 people.
And I'll see if I can bring a dish to share.

The pier has a limited number of picnic benches and has helped move them to the Octi for setting up the buffet line.

My plans have changed and I may be able to get there by about noonish. Will that be too late to bring a couple of gallons of chili?

Will there be a power source for a crock pot for serving?

People are shocked to see sharks in the water around here.

If you see natural water taste it. If it's salty it has sharks in it. If it's fresh it has alligators in it. If it's brackish it has both.

At one picnic, each of the outlets had 6 plug power strips ran off them with multiple Crockpots and other appliances running of them.

    No sparks or fires.

Has anybody got a list up of what everybody is bringing to the picnic Saturday. Don't want to end up with 5 gallons of potato salad and nothing else. Just trying to fill in the menu.
