contact the department of wildlife or a local rehabber. I'm not familiar with any rehabs outside of my own state so i won't be much help..

There is a phone number on a placard at the State Park Pier. Call the pier office and they will be able to direct you to the right number. 251-948-7275

I’ll be sliding into town March 10-14. Can you have it warm and sunny for me then? And also, how about having the fish biting??? :D
