panhandle site?

What is going on at the panhandle site.I haven't been able to bring it up for two or three days.

I was on it last night

I just logged in and it worked fine.
The only problem I have had is not being able to upload photos for weeks.

It goes through spells of loading slowly. Don't know why and by "slowly" I just mean a few extra seconds.
