Thread: Packed

Took most of the day to find a place for everything ,but it's packed and pointed southwest . After a two day stop in Northern AL to vistit with inlaws ,should arrive in GS the 1st of Oct . and not depart until late Nov. Looking forward to long days at the rail .

lucky you and Bride....will see you on the rail and safe travels to you and yours!!.....I am right behind you with a day late departure....Oh well need a dog sitter

Ya'all lucky ducks getting to stay a month or two , I only get a week

just got done packing, all but the close....and wrenched my back carrying that freezer up the basement stairs and the cooler full of gaff's that my Bride helped with dragging it up the stairs too....(knew I should have waited for the grand son to get out of school)....going to be a long drive with a wrenched back now....going to take a nap and wait.... hope the daughter gets here before midnight, for our all night drive and then some....14-1/2hrs later.... we will be there
