Take the ferry and visit Sea Lab on Dauphin Island; Visit the USS Alabama.
Tour Fort Morgan.
Go the Nature Center at GSP.
Pensacola Naval Air Museum is amazing and a short drive
The new Maritime Museum and Exploreum in downtown Mobile
Hike the Hugh Branyon Trail system. Never know what you will see, bobcats, gators, hogs, coyotes, all sorts of birds, etc...
Go to the Baldwin County Heritage Museum

You can find both all along Cervantes between Pace & Mobile Hwy.
I'm kidding of course.

By all means, go to the NAS Aviation Museum on the Pensacola NAS. Just go toward Pensacola on Beach Highway or US 98 and turn south on Blue Angel Parkway. Its well worth paying to see, but it is FREE !!!
If the weather is favorable to the east, I would drive to Pensacola and fish the pier there, where they are apparently catching some better fish!
I like the idea of doing the museum run, too. I've always wanted to...we might make the time this year, since my kids are getting a bit older.
While in the Pcola area stop by Joe Patty's Fish and Sea Food Market . Interesting selections from the usual to mullet gizzards .

If your wallet can bear it, you can keep her happy by just dropping her off at the Tanger Outlet Center in Foley.
If it is true or not I do not know, but I have always heard that if sweetheart is not happy, ..................
Lol. I've had an ex-wife and enough ex-girlfriends to know when I've got it good. In her defense she did spend about 4 hours with me on the pier yesterday, and she was remarkably calm considering I smacked a coyote at 70mph on the freeway on the way here... In her car.
