Now's the time to buy in gulf shores/orange beach !!
I really wouldn't tell this to just anybody but I consider the people on this forum family but if you've ever considered moving living or just investing in this area now's the time I really haven't had the time to fish like I wanted to this past year because I sold one condo bought two more sold one in one day and bought a house Moved entire household three times in six months The first one I had for a year and a half Didn't want to sell but it went up 22% in that year and a half Went to another one in June and offered asking price and Didn't Get It ! Bought another in the same complex Moved into that and in 3 weeks the one I offered asking price for came back on the market when the buyer couldn't get a loan so I bought that and moved into it and started renting the other one as it totally pays for itself through the rents Was going to start flipping houses with my son in law so the Realtor we've used for over 15 yrs took us to a new house in Foley that had been built for a low cost per square foot to show us what could be done Well guess what !! The wife liked that house so much we bought that and moved into it in a week Put the condo we were living in for 5 months up for sale and sold it in one day for a 7% increase in 5 mos I swear this is true ! The wife is the driving force in this as she's been buying and selling property in this area for 15 years or more and knows what she's doing plus we have a Realtor Stephen Harrison at REMAX who I would trust with my last dollar and they have done very well Hopefully I have got her settled now and can start back fishing The point is Friends we know this area and if you've ever considered owning property here now's the time It will not go down and is fixing to boom Use Stephen 251-752-5402 if you want a trusted realtor whose advice you can take to the bank and tell him I sent you but now's the time to start seriously looking at this area if you ever want to be here Take Care and Happy New Year

Thanks Todd! i have been in contact with Pete and its just too hard right now to coordinate with the limited internet at the south pole so i am just going to save my pennies and come see him when i get home in June with all my ducks in a row and ready to buy!
I’ll be sliding into town March 10-14. Can you have it warm and sunny for me then? And also, how about having the fish biting??? :D
