No place like home.
Been in New Hampshire working for the last 5 months. Finally made it back to SWEET HOME ALABAMA today. I have missed the southland for sure. I have kept a check on the pier reports during my time out of state and I would just like to thank all of you guys who keep those of us who wish they could be on the pier up to date on what is going on. I know it is hot down here compared to the Northeast but the reports of Spanish biting has me pumped and ready to go. Maybe I will be able to get down to the pier before long and help you guys catch some. Meanwhile if any of you ever find yourselves in the New Hampshire area and want to go fishing I highly recommend Eastman's fishing fleet out of Seabrook NH. Went out with them 3 times while I was there and they put me on fish each time. Species included Haddock, Pollock, Cod, Atlantic Mackeral, Ocean Perch, and the pesky dogfish. The salt life got to love it no matter what body of water you are fishing in.

Went out once for cod & haddock years ago, it was like bottom fishing here except the fish were cold when you reel them up!

I’ll be sliding into town March 10-14. Can you have it warm and sunny for me then? And also, how about having the fish biting??? :D
