It's a nice enough painting but...As a died in the wool and wrapped in Mossy Oak duck and goose hunter...I sure wish they would use a duck or goose for the stamp. Sawbills just don't have a following on any level in the waterfowl community.

How do you prepare a merganser? Pre-Heat oven to 400, coat a large brick in lard or oil, place bird on brick and season accordingly. Bake for 10-15 minutes. Remove brick, discard bird, and enjoy!
I've shot my share of them, but not by choice. I agree with Jayhook and would like to see ducks and geese on the stamps.
