Howdy. I just bought a house in Orange Beach. I'm 44 and haven't fished since I was a kid. I want to pick it up again. I apologize in advance for anything I screw up. I'll be combing this forum to learn.

Believe it or not, everyone was a beginner at some point. I remember the first day I walked out there and didn't know much but had a blast catching ladyfish and white trout. The search icon at the top right is your friend but that doesn't mean being discouraged to ask questions. Also most ppl are friendly on the pier, just watch your first time out and ask questions. Welcome to the forum.

Thank you sir. I'm going to keep quiet and learn as much as I can via the search button until I have questions that are specific. Orange Beach is going to be my new home. I don't want to be "that guy".
