Need reputable mechanic
Well, arrived this morning from Michigan and about a mile from east beach the check engine light came on. It’s a 2007 4Runner, looking for some feedback on a reputable mechanic in the GS or Foley area. Thanks in advance

On hwy59 in Foley, you can find several auto parts stores. They can plug in a code reader and tell you what the fault is. On high mileage Toyotas, an O2 sensor fault is common.

Steven at Gulf Coast Auto Repair has been good for my pickup. West of Foley, corner of Co Rd 26 (Michigan Av) and Co Rd 65, behind the Marathon station.
People are shocked to see sharks in the water around here.
If you see natural water taste it. If it's salty it has sharks in it. If it's fresh it has alligators in it. If it's brackish it has both.

Thanks for the replies. First time in 35 years coming down and first issue with vehicle . Anyway, torn rotator cuff/locked shoulder and I didn’t have the gas cap on correctly using my off arm LOL, now for the first cast in the morning ought to be interesting
I’ll be sliding into town March 10-14. Can you have it warm and sunny for me then? And also, how about having the fish biting??? :D
