My Wife is now officially a Published Author
One of my wife's life goals was to get two books she'd been working on published.
This first one Fortitude is a Historical Young Adult novel, set in 1898 Mobile & Dauphin Island, AL and Tampa, FL.
Many years on/off research and writing, rewriting and then a frustrating year of rejections from various publishers.
She was finally picked up by a new company, Anaiah Press.
They liked her first book so well they asked if she had more, her second was taken too.
It will be released in April of '16, it is titled Corroded, it is a Contemporary Young Adult novel.
The editors have told her that anything she writes they'll find a place for.
Book three is currently being researched/written, it will be a Gothic Horror set in 1906 Montrose on Mobile Bay.
Fortitude is now available for Kindle pre-order at amazon.com, it will be released Dec 8th.

Highest contratulations. Writing a book is hard work and take a lot of dedication, especially with kids to raise and a pier fisherman for a husband.

The wife says thanks for the encouragement and support.
I hope this book or one the others is a best seller, make a name for herself in the world of literature.
I sure would like to retire as a kept man, help with the kids and fish.Ragnar Benson:

Paperbacks are available Jan 5th, my wife is irked that none of her books will be under Christmas trees.
Chillinfish, if it makes it to the screen it'll need a lot of guys for the scenes in Spanish/American war camps down in Florida, you're in.Ragnar Benson:

I’ll be sliding into town March 10-14. Can you have it warm and sunny for me then? And also, how about having the fish biting??? :D
