Motel Recomendation?
Guys,
I'm going to visit your area for the first time in the middle of January
and need the name of a motel close to the pier. Nothing fancy, just clean.
Thanks,
Chuck

Re: Motel Recomendation?
Do you want to be on the beach or off? Staying off the beach is a lot cheaper.

Re: Motel Recomendation?
Vacancy shouldn't be a problem that time of year. Closer/on the beach usually=more$$. Head north and -$.

Stop by and get a coupon book at the welcome center. There should be some decent coupons in there for a lot of places down there. I would try Staybridge or the Courtyard. The rest of the cheaper places are kind of slummy down there. There's also a Fairfield inn in orange beach, behind the walmart by Hazels. Used to work there, you used to be able to get a room for $69 there during the offseason, its pretty nice.

I’ll be sliding into town March 10-14. Can you have it warm and sunny for me then? And also, how about having the fish biting??? :D
