Lost another old fishing friend today...
my old pier buddy Wyley Burnette passed away this morning :-(

sorry to read this, I have went to 2 funerals the past 2 weeks(2 friends wife's), part of life, none of us like to deal with....prayers for family and friends

Wiley started fishing the old pier in the early seventies , he always had a smile on his face and was the kind of guy you would like to share the rail
with. He spent many an hour on that pier .Seems like the good ones depart way to soon

Sorry for your loss.
I saw one yesterday but it was closed mouth. Would not eat anything thrown. I personally know of 3 that have been caught in the last two weeks. No kings yet.
Pensacola Pier
