I have a carbon steel knife that is beginning to show show some rust. Anyone know of a good cleaner to remove rust from carbon steel?

If it is surface rust, I use a product called Strike Hold, I buy it at gunshows but have seen it at some gun dealers, it seems to dissolve light rust, and it also does a good job of lubricating and sealing out moisture, a great product...IMHO
