    Help with prescription sunglasses

I want to get some polarized prescription safety sunglasses, but most of the sources I see seem a bit questionable about the quality of the polarization.

I've got some polycarbonate polarized safety glasses and the polarization leaves a lot to be desired.

Does anyone have brands or sources they recommend? I would also appreciate advice on tint.
People are shocked to see sharks in the water around here.

If you see natural water taste it. If it's salty it has sharks in it. If it's fresh it has alligators in it. If it's brackish it has both.

About 3 years ago, I had prescription lenses made for my Costa Delmar frames. Optometrist broke one putting it in, so he ordered another one, finally got them back after about 4 weeks. 1 year later the coatings started coming off. They said I must have been cleaning them with Dawn, because it will break down the coatings. I never used Dawn, only moist lens cleaning wipes and I only wore them while fishing. Not sure of the brand of lens, but they were not Costa lenses and cost around $250 just for the lenses. Needless to say I won't be buying prescription sunglasses anymore. I'm far sighted, so I just buy Costa readers now.

No experience with prescription, but I’ve found amber/brown tint green mirrored best for surf/pier.

Walmart has some large polarized sunglasses that fit over my prescription glasses that I use. In the optical shop. About $20.
