    Helmets on!

    https://www.wkrg.com/baldwin-county/...aldwin-county/

BALDWIN COUNTY, Ala. (WKRG) — With the severe weather rolling through before dawn some people had to dodge some seriously large hail. News 5 has been getting images from Orange Beach and Gulf Shores showing hail the size of tennis balls. At least one person sent us an image of a smashed windshield from the hail.

I bet those shook up the night fishing crew on the pier ;-) LOL

A friend of mine in their camper at Fort Morgan RV had a weather station up that was reading 78 mph winds before it blew away!

I found out that my car canopy was not as well anchored as I thought. No big hail at my house but plenty of quarter size.

It made for a looooong night. I saw a good number of cars with broken windshields driving through Orange Beach today.

One of my wife's friends in OB had her car's body/glass totaled by hail this morning.
Pics of damage all over FB and various forums... It was one helluva storm front.
Here in Mobile it got pretty gusty, but we didn't get the hail.
