    Great Day Outdoors!

Forgot to post our "Great Day Outdoors" and share with my Gulf Shores Pier friends about our great day Saturday. 20161022_162224.jpg
Tyler got his biggest buck ever and first crossbow kill, and I got a big doe for the freezer. Both of us had opportunities for a second deer that morning but decided one was enough. What a great day, very blessed for sure, Thank you Lord!

Congrats to you both! I'm headed out this afternoon with my nephew to set up camp, TN youth season opens in the am.

Good luck to you all. We will be up a tree bright and early, maybe this weekend I'll get my buck and Tyler can stick another doe. Good huntin and tight lines. Be safe!

I think I'll run a hose off 100' from the camp and hunt the mud puddle until it finally rains.

That might be baiting? :-) I assume the lack of rain is really doing wonders for your food plots also. Hope your conditions improve so that you can enjoy a bountiful season!
