Sounds too good to be true. Has the owner given you a quote? Sometimes VRBO listings are poorly kept and not updated very often. If it is legit that is a steal.

I see the listing and that is a rate based on winter monthly rates. "Snowbird" monthly rate of $1200 per month / 30 days =$40/night. I would think their spring break rates would be much higher.

It looks like it is attached to a Mexican restaurant but I have stayed in much worse on hunting trips.
