Fort Morgan?
So what is Fort Morgan considered? Is it an actual town, or does it just have to do with the area around the fort? I hear about Gulf Shores and Orange Beach a lot, but not much about Fort Morgan. Just kinda curious since that was where our beach house rental was this past March and will likely be again this coming March. Seems quite a bit less developed than the surrounding areas.

Unless someone it talking about the actual fort and the land immediately around it, "Fort Morgan" or "Fort Morgan Peninsula" is an area, not an actual town.
Usually used to describe that portion of the peninsula west of Gulf Shores proper, including Bon Secour NWR and the residential/developed areas.Carl

Thanks for the clarification Carl. That was kinda what I thought.
I’ll be sliding into town March 10-14. Can you have it warm and sunny for me then? And also, how about having the fish biting??? :D
