Can someone give a quick overview of FL gun law? Alabama permit good there? Carry loaded? Things to that nature.
Florida does reciprocate Alabama conceal licenses. You can carry loaded as well as long as you have a permit. You do not need a permit if you keep it in secured in your vehicle. But it doesn't have to be locked or anything, as long as it is holstered or in a case/glovebox, etc. Pretty simple laws actually. The hardest thing to do actually is get a conceal license in Florida because you have to take some form of a gun handling class and get you fingerprints done, gets a little costly. Wish it was like Alabama where all I had to do was go to the sheriffs office and fill out some paperwork and pay $35and be done.
