First Crossbow Deer
My first crossbow deer. Shot this doe at 18 yards with my new Barnett Raptor. Complete pass through, right behind the shoulder. She ran about 50 yards and gave up the ghost. Feels good to get back in to archery hunting after about a 25 year layoff. Bumper acorn crop this year, so maybe there will be more to come.

Congrats! I hunted last night myself. Didn't see anything but mosquitoes and red squirrels, but I did hear some bleating and grunting around sundown.

Congrats! Nice shot!
I saw one yesterday but it was closed mouth. Would not eat anything thrown. I personally know of 3 that have been caught in the last two weeks. No kings yet.
