An Early Christmas Present
I was lucky enough to win the Grand Prize in TAC47's,[span style='font-style: italic;'] '4th of July Contest'[/span].
The Grand Prize, was a complete standard conversion of a Saiga 12 shotgun... FREE!

TAC47 Industries: http://www.tac47industries.com/
My S12 was already converted, done by me and done on a budget, so I was really happy to get the total makeover.
I sent it off mid-July, and it is finally back in my hands... Its like getting an awesome early Christmas present! :headbang:
TAC47 ended up going well beyond their initial prize outline, showing some really incredible generosity in outfitting the gun.
My sincere thanks and gratitude to TAC47 for their generosity... Thanks Cliff!

TACSRT, Short Reset Trigger/Flat trigger... Yep its a reworked Tapco G2.
I do like the feel of the flat trigger, it feels more... It feels more natural to just rest the ball of my index finger on it, and to wrap around it with the first knuckle.
I like the tactile feel of it.
I really look forward to taking this to the range, the reset is only about 1/8", with practice it is going to be very fast.
The trigger's pull weight is pretty light, I don't think I would want it any lighter
I bought a digital fishing scale, and it tests out at an average 2lbs 7oz. pull weight.

Also shows the work they did with modifying the rear of the receiver.
Nice work!

Re: An Early Christmas Present
Considering that I hold a Class III FFL, CCWs in multiple states, and CDL A /Hazmat, and am a active member of many firearms rights/owners associations and websites.
I've been fingerprinted, photographed, back ground checked and scrutinized by the ATF much more than the average person.
They already know who I am, where I am and what I have.
