Also, as Duck said, might want the vet to teach you to express them (squeeze the fluid out of them). Kinda gross at first but nothing to it after you do it a couple of times. Big time relief to the pooch. Basically just like squeezing a big zit.

Good thought DD, I'll bring that up when my granddad wakes up, the vet prices are criminal too so we might have to learn to express her glands :eek:

Just make sure you wear gloves and clothes you dont mind throwing away if it gets on u. That smell LINGERS
