Dang it all to heck
I have encountered a monumental setback in my lifestyle. The last few trips I've made to the pier, I've had to haul my gear in my pickup instead of my Kia. When I got home last time, I went to unload and discovered that my "Haywire" flag was missing. Apparently it blew out, but I don't see how since it was mixed in with my rods. Dammit!
If any of y'all are driving around between the pier and Bear Point, keep a sharp lookout for my flag. Please. Reward is offered. I'd hate to think that it had fallen into the wrong hands---just think what might happen if it came into the possession of an impressionable child.
Hopefully, I can get the Korean car dealers off their butts and get my Kia fixed. Everything fits in it and nothing blows out.

Thanks, y'all.
I'm offering a reward in excess of $4.66 for its return in usable condition.
In the meantime, Plan B is in the works. It will require assistance from John G.

Haywire - Do you remember it being on your cart when you loaded it in the truck? And it was sticking up in the cart on your way home and the iconic "Haywire" flag and the pole flew the coop on your way home? Did you take any curves at 100 mph? That's the only way it wouldn't be in the middle of the road, it seems to me. Or did the flag come off the pole? If that's the case, it could have blown quite a ways. Last question - Have you gotten a ransom note yet? It could be a flagnapping. An original Haywire flag on Craigslist or EBAY could fetch a handsome price from any Haywire collectors!
