Da...ng, I'm hard headed

I do have to say, however, that with oxycodone on board, I'm feeling pretty much right.

Drugs were once a recreational pastime, back when I had no pains. Now, it's more of a " I feel more like I do now than when I first came into your office, Doc."

First one popped right out. Second one took a 1/2 an hour, he ended up cracking it in four pieces and pulling the pieces out. Felt like he had both hands and one foot in my mouth pulling on my jaw. I was in shock to 2 hours, couldn't drive home.
I'll never have a tooth pulled without going under again. As Haywire noted above, "Pain is just for people who can't handle drugs."

I had two wisdom teeth pulled while I was in bootcamp at MCRD SanDiego. They numbed me up and a couple of sailors held me down and yanked them out. I remember every second of that and it was 30+ years ago.

My wife was getting a root canal and the dentist had given her a root canal before. I was unemployed and to save some money my wife said she did not want the more expensive sedation. The dentist said. "That's OK I'll give it to you for free."
