Yeah, Low 70's next couple days .Upper 40's at night here in the Blue Ridge . Bet our forum brothers in the upper midwest are in longjohns for sure .

Seems to me that y'all folk north of here aren't doing your part in this whole man-made global warming thing.

43 degrees at the dock here this morning. Got a wood fire in the stove right now.
Don't feel one bit sorry for us though cause it'll be sunny and 75 later today.

Don't expect that it will hang around here long though (warmer and wetter over the weekend), but it is another episode of 'cooler than average' perhaps brought on by a developing El Nino...

Hey LM, I live in Benton, but am a frequent visitor to Scott. Got a friend with a place on the Old River, caught some nice fresh-water "specs" over there a couple of weeks back. And then there's the great burger place....mmm, mmm. Between Scott and Benton it's hard to say which is the worst Tornado central. Have a good trip.Quote:
