    Cold night ahead!

I'm hoping that this cold snap sends out a message to those big whiting that it's time for them to move into the shallows. Tonight, inland (Foley), it's supposed to hit 38 degrees after making it up near 78! We're supposed to get a lot of wind, too. Definitely sweater-weather. Seasonal temps are moving in this afternoon.

Remember to watch out for Trick-or-Treaters! Also remember that tomorrow starts the closed season for flounder.

Snowed up here this morning, not much, but enough to stick and remind everyone winter is right around the corner. predicting 23 degrees tonight. Headed down there in 2 weeks, can't get here soon enough. I'm ready

A 19 degree temperature drop in Mobile when the front passed through this morning.
78 was the 'high' for the day @ 7am, and it's below 60 now (and still raining)... brrrr

A real wake up call this am in NOALA. High was 70 in the wee hours of the morning and now 43 and dropping. Hard to believe we had a couple of daytime highs of 101 and 102 a few weeks ago. The low tonight is supposed to be 32. Good bye maters and squash for the year.
