Thread: Christmas gift for new grandson

I bought my 2 grandsons some ugly sticks for Christmas.i bought a new reel for one on his birthday and now want him to take care of his stuff.like washing it down after a day of fishing etc.
My daughter is in Ukraine adopting a 12 year old boy who only freshwater fished before.Our family are all into fishing and hoping he likes it to.I have a lot a rods and reels but have some for surf fishing some for pier fishing and some for my boat.When my daughter called and told us she is bringing him home next week for good well I'm so excited to have another fishing buddy.My daughter wants us to buy him clothes first I had to tell her fishing equipment is my gift for him and the wife will buy the clothes.So after a name change and a new birth certificate he will join our family for a special Christmas.Might be a little early but Merry Christmas.
